Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Apprenticeship Program Administrator to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Contract Apprenticeship Program Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of the apprenticeship program, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and external regulations. This role supports program operations including participant tracking, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and audit readiness. The Administrator works closely with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, training teams, and external partners to deliver a consistent and effective apprentice experience.
Duties:
- Being the point of contact for process and compliance supporting the Department of Labor Apprentice program and VA Benefit Administration
- Creating and maintaining complex dashboard reports
- Mixing up your creative and technical skills to support all aspects of program management, branding, and reporting
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in program administration, HR, workforce development, training, or a related area
- Above-average reporting/analytical skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Experience managing documentation, reporting, and compliance-related processes
- Strong program/project management skills (non-technical)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $55,000 - $65,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
