Job Summary
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Business Analyst - Digital Experience to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado.
Core Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the client experience
- Work with product owners and business partners to analyze requirements and recommend improvements to product processes
- Compile, analyze, represent, and drive analytics and accessibility requirements for digital product functionality
- Ensure requirements are met and work is completed on time
- Support development partners in capturing and reviewing new work
- May make recommendations for improvements to process to increase output
- Perform other duties as requested
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting digital products or platforms
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at once
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in telecommunications, digital (web) or B2B customer platforms
- Familiarity with customer portals or self-service digital experiences
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Exposure to user research, journey mapping, and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location customer environments

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
