Kforce is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Apprenticeship Program Administrator to support a 9-12 month engagement for their mass media client. Summary: The Contract Apprenticeship Program Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of the apprenticeship program, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and external regulations. This role supports program operations including participant tracking, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and audit readiness. The Administrator works closely with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, training teams, and external partners to deliver a consistent and effective apprentice experience. Key Responsibilities:

The Administrator works closely with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, training teams, and external partners to deliver a consistent and effective apprentice experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for apprenticeship program processes and compliance, including coordination with *Department of Labor (DOL) apprenticeship programs and VA Benefit Administration
- Administer day-to-day program operations, including onboarding, participant tracking, and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all apprenticeship participants and program activities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other tools
- Ensure program compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including DOL and veteran benefit requirements
- Support audit preparation and readiness by organizing documentation and validating program data
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and training teams to ensure smooth program execution and alignment
- Coordinate with external partners, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed
- Assist with program branding, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience in program administration, HR, workforce development, training, or a related field
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing documentation, compliance processes, and reporting requirements
- Demonstrated program or project management experience (non-technical)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM systems or program tracking tools
- Knowledge of military structure and veterans' benefits administration
- Prior experience supporting Department of Labor (DOL) apprenticeship programs
- Experience as a school-certifying official or working with education/training compliance programs
