A growing healthcare technology company is seeking a Staff or Senior Accountant to join its team on a temporary basis. This is an opportunity to support a lean accounting team across day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting while the company works to improve processes and transition to a new ERP system.
Location: Burlington, MA
Work Setup: Fully remote or optional 1 day per week onsite
Compensation: $35–$45/hr, depending on experience
Duration: At least 5–6 months, with potential for temp-to-perm to be determined

Job Description
- Support cash reconciliations, full-cycle accounts payable, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and general accounting activities
- Provide support with sales tax, as needed
- Assist with external audits and audit requests
- Support the accounting team during an ERP implementation and transition to NetSuite
- Staff or Senior Accountant-level experience
- Experience with general accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and support a lean accounting team
- Software or SaaS industry experience is a plus
- NetSuite or QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus
Salary : $35 - $45
