Senior Accountant/Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a client local to Nashua, NH in their search for an Accounting Senior/Business Partner. This position is onsite and it would report to Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Build financial models, pro formas, and forecasts to analyze performance and support budgeting, investment underwriting, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage banking and investor relationships, prepare financing packages for credit facilities and covenant compliance, and support cash flow forecasting.
• Partner directly with owners to provide financial insights and support strategic planning, acquisitions, real estate developments, and new entity launches.
• Improve finance processes, support system implementations, and ensure data consistency across entities to drive efficiency and scalability.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Proficiency in Excel and experience building financial models and forecasts
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement preparation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
  
  

Compensation: $90k – 130k DOE
