- 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a small organization, nonprofit, or investment-related setting
- Advanced QuickBooks skills (Online and/or Desktop; certification a plus)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
