The position works directly with the CFO and ownership to provide financial clarity, modeling support, and disciplined reporting across multiple operating and investment initiatives.This role is ideal for a finance professional who is comfortable operating at both a detailed accounting level and a strategic executive level.Core ResponsibilitiesSenior Accounting & Close OversightOversee and review monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesReview journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals for accuracy and GAAP complianceMaintain strong internal controls and documentation standardsCoordinate with external accountants for tax filings and financial reviewsEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting across entitiesFinancial Modeling & Strategic AnalysisBuild and maintain detailed financial models and pro formasDevelop forecasts and multi-scenario projectionsSupport budgeting and long-term financial planningAnalyze margins, overhead, cash flow, and capital allocationStress-test assumptions and evaluate risk exposureTreasury & External Stakeholder SupportPrepare financial packages for banks and lendersSupport covenant reporting and financing requestsAssist with working capital and cash flow forecastingParticipate in meetings with financial partners and advisors as neededExecutive & Strategic SupportProvide direct financial insights to executive leadershipTranslate complex financial data into concise, actionable recommendationsSupport acquisitions, entity structuring, and growth initiativesAssist with special strategic projects as requiredSystems & Process ImprovementImprove and document finance processes and reporting workflowsSupport ERP and reporting system enhancementsEnsure data consistency and scalability as the company growsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5β10 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experienceStrong GAAP knowledge and month-end close expertiseAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience supporting executives or ownership groupsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:CPA or CMA strongly preferredExperience with multi-entity structuresBackground in construction, real estate, public accounting, or project-based industriesWhy Join OptilineOptiline Enterprises is scaling with disciplined financial governance and long-term growth objectives.
