Drywall-Specific Expertise
- Interpret UL assemblies, rated systems, shaft walls, and finish levels across diverse project types
- Apply strong knowledge of drywall production, sequencing, and installation methods
- Identify constructability challenges and proactively incorporate solutions into estimates
Cost Control & Risk Management
- Evaluate risks related to geography, labor availability, schedule, and site conditions

- Build and manage relationships with regional vendors and suppliers
- Collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Leadership across multiple markets
- Participate in bid reviews, pursuit strategy, and project handoffs

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership and operates with accountability across all estimates
- Understands how regional differences impact cost, labor, and risk

- Communicates clearly and operates with integrity
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance
- Opportunity to work on projects across multiple regions and markets
- Career growth into Lead Estimator or Preconstruction leadership roles
