The Payroll Specialist will report to the Controller and assist with day to day payroll operations. The Payroll Specialist will perform the following:
- Assist with payroll processing for multiple store locations
- Enter and verify employee work hours in the payroll system
- Learn and follow established payroll procedures and processes
- Update employee pay rates as changes occur
- Process and maintain payroll garnishments
- Perform administrative support tasks related to payroll
- Scan and upload payroll documents into employee records
- Update and maintain accurate payroll information
