- Drive purchase accounting for new acquisitions and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and collaborate with external auditors.
- Enhance cash flow forecasting to optimize liquidity and financial planning.
- Contribute to process improvements during the NetSuite ERP implementation.
- Experience: 5–6 years in public accounting with expertise in financial reporting and process building.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certifications: CPA highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong NetSuite experience (preferred); advanced Excel skills required.
- Knowledge: Extensive GAAP knowledge, including new pronouncements; corporate tax experience a plus.
- Skills: Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage leadership.
- Mindset: Hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
