Payroll Coordinator

KBW Financial Staffing has been tasked with finding a resource for a manufacturing client in the Nashua, NH area. They are looking for a Payroll/HR Coordinator that can assist the payroll process using ADP Workforce Now and support HR and recruitig initiatives. The company is successful, stable, and offers a pleasant work environment, with a tenured team.

• Process payroll for up to 250 employees that are hourly and salary for four locations.
• Proficiency with ADP, some Excel, and time keeping systems, helpful
• Make adjustments to benefits, withholdings, pay bonuses, track time, PTO and provide reporting as need to internal and external customers.
• Provide customer service to employees and support HR functions
• Pay is $60k to $80k based on experience.
