Sr. SEC Reporting Accountant

KBW has partnered with a large and successful company in their search for a Senior Accountant with experience doing external/SEC reporting. Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant / External Reporting Include

• Assist the SEC Manager with external reporting, production of 10K's, 10Q's and all external reporting and SEC disclosures
• Assist with the month end close including journal entries, expense analysis and financial statement analysis.
• Provide support to internal and external auditors.
• Be a go to for technical accounting projects and compliance, SOX compliance and process improvements/risk analysis.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements For The Senior Accountant Include

• A Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• Prior public accounting with CPA or on CPA track
• Strong technical skills / SEC reporting exposure
