Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite

Compensation: Up to $175K base 15% bonus

Overview

High-growth, PE-backed SaaS company is seeking a Director of FP&A to join its corporate finance team. This is a newly created, highly visible role with broad ownership across FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic initiatives, supporting rapid scaling and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support strategic decision-making and investment planning
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (3-statement model)
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking to drive insights
• Lead weekly metrics and monthly business review processes
• Deliver executive and Board-level reporting and analysis
• Oversee product and customer profitability analysis to inform pricing and margins
• Support enterprise deal modeling and pricing initiatives
• Build scalable FP&A processes, reporting cadence, and financial “rhythms”
• Help prepare for M&A and corporate development (data room, analysis, integration support)
• Drive automation and modernization of FP&A tools and tech stack
  
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of FP&A experience (SaaS, tech, and/or professional services preferred)
• Prior experience in a PE or VC-backed environment strongly preferred
• 3 years of management experience (will oversee 2 analysts)
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
• Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, and/or FP&A tools (Cube, DataRails, Power BI, Tableau) a plus
