Accounting Manager

KBW Financial Staffing has partnered with a client in Portsmouth, NH looking to add an Accounting Manager to the team! This is an excellent opportunity with a top client on the seacoast, with a competitive salary and benefits package. This role can be hybrid after training.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Consolidate and review financial statements
• Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, Intacct, NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  
  

Compensation: $100-110k/year, depending on experience plus bonus
