Sr. Accountant

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the Portland, ME area looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position is fully on-site and is paying between $85,000-$105,000 depending on experience.

The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analyze account activity and financial results, research discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, financial analysis, and ongoing accounting projects while identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls.

Compensation: $85,000 to $105,000
