Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and evaluate qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates within your market and specialty.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and office goals while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.
