This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. This is a fully onsite opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process weekly payroll
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain and post general ledger entries
- Create and distribute monthly financial reports
- Assist with audit preparation and support
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- 2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting support role
- Experience with QuickBooks or Sage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
