Key Responsibilities
- Apply daily cash receipts to appropriate accounts
- Prepare and process billing
- Assist with deposits and cash postings
- Participate in month-end and close activities, including reconciliations and reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and research payment discrepancies
- Maintain and balance the AR subledger to the general ledger
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections follow-up as needed
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing and payment issues
- Prior accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a small accounting department
