The Opportunity
- Lead core accounting operations in a high-growth environment
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, and leadership
- Play a key role in process improvement and system optimization
- Exposure to M&A activity and integration work
- Oversee day-to-day accounting (GL, close, reconciliations, JEs)
- Lead and develop a team; drive performance and accountability
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls
- Partner on audits, financial reporting, and tax support
- Drive process improvements across NetSuite/QuickBooks
- Support acquisitions and integration of new entities
- Perform balance sheet reviews and variance analysis
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA a plus
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior people management experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Experience with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
