As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to frontline service operations, customer communication, billing support, community outreach, and service improvement initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist stakeholders with inquiries and general support. *
- Assist in documenting stakeholder concerns and track trends to support service improvements. *
- Support community engagement efforts, including outreach events, customer education sessions, and resource fairs. *
- Collaborate with the customer care team and learn best practices for relationship management. *
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to understand how the customer care team connects with billing, field operations, communications, and technical teams. *
- Assist with utility projects assigned, including presentations and trend analysis. *
- Contribute to stakeholder satisfaction initiatives, including surveys, feedback analysis, and process-improvement projects. *
- Maintain professionalism and brand consistency in all customer interactions. *
- Grow your skills, build meaningful relationships, and leave with real-world experience that makes a difference. *

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Pursuing degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Work, Customer Experience, or related field in an accredited university.
