What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare and organize closing documents for active transactions
• Draft loan and assignment documents
• Conduct due diligence and review organizational materials
• Coordinate with title companies; review title, survey, and zoning
• Manage closing logistics and post-closing deliverables
• Prepare UCC filings and maintain deal files
• Support multiple deals simultaneously with accuracy
What You Bring
• 3 years as a paralegal in real estate finance or transactional law
• Experience supporting commercial lending transactions
• Strong understanding of closings and deal flow
• Experience reviewing title and survey materials
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication with attorneys and deal teams
Nice to Have
• Exposure to multifamily, CMBS, or agency lending (Fannie / Freddie)
• Experience with document management systems
