What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop roadway and transportation designs with the project team
• Prepare plans, reports, and technical documentation
• Perform data analysis, field reviews, and site observations
• Support permitting, approvals, and regulatory coordination
• Work across disciplines to deliver complete project solutions
• Assist with client communication and project meetings
• Contribute to QA/QC and overall project execution
What You Bring
• 5 years of civil engineering experience (transportation focus)
• Experience with roadway design, traffic, or infrastructure projects
• EIT required; PE or on track preferred
• Experience with Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 – $120,000 base
- Bonus potential
