• Lead Safety from the Floor – Maintain a strong, visible presence on the production floor; coach teams and reinforce safe work practices.
• Reduce Operational Risk – Perform inspections, audits, and risk assessments; drive proactive hazard mitigation.
• Oversee Incident Response – Lead investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
• Manage Critical Safety Programs – Own and improve LOTO, Confined Space, Machine Guarding, Emergency Response, and related high-risk program areas.
• Integrate with Operations – Embed safety expectations, KPIs, and best practices into daily manufacturing processes.
• Support Environmental Compliance – Assist with reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
What You Bring
• Experience: 3 years of safety leadership in industrial manufacturing or heavy production environments.
• Knowledge: Strong command of OSHA standards and modern HSE management systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Safety, Environmental, Industrial, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience/certifications.
• Leadership Style: Strong influencer with excellent coaching, communication, and follow-through. • Mindset: Proactive, highly visible, and committed to building a strong safety culture.
Why This Role Matters
• High Influence: You will directly shape and strengthen the safety culture of a major industrial site. • Strong Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 full benefits. • Growth Path: Significant advancement potential within a stable and expanding operation.
If you’re a safety professional who thrives on the floor and knows how to lead change, we want to speak with you.
