Production Supervisor

Are you a safety-focused leader ready to drive production?

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a leading Paper manufacturer. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction to meet production targets, ensuring effective quality procedures and strict adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and control shift production performance against operating targets (KPIs: safety, environmental, quality, efficiency).

· Lead safety systems and serve as a role model for our #1 Company Value.

· Assign crews, review schedules, and coordinate daily production operations.

· Monitor raw stock availability and continually check board quality against specifications.

· Foster teamwork and lead with integrity to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical/technical experience.

· Minimum two years of applicable work experience in a Paper Mill.

· Strong experience in manufacturing, production, and/or maintenance.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
