Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of garage facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on garage doors, openers, and related hardware.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Assist in the installation of new garage systems as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the garage area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in garage door systems or similar equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
