The Garage Attendant Is Responsible For The Following
High School diploma or equivalent plus one year of driving experience. Must speak fluent English. Alcohol awareness certification. Must have a valid driver’s license.

The Garage Attendant Is Responsible For The Following
- Explain and promote club facility, outlets, and services to members to increase member satisfaction. Provide member with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
- Greet arriving members, assist incoming and outgoing members – parking their cars in designated areas and return vehicle at members’ request in a safe and timely manner.
- Respond quickly to member requests or complaints in a professional manner and ensure appropriate action is taken. Follow up to ensure member satisfaction.
- Conduct inspection of vehicle and record information on valet ticket and in Logbook.
- Provide luggage assistance to members and/or bell staff as needed.
- Provide non-valet parking instructions/guidance/assistance to members upon arrival.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This Job Requires Ability To Perform The Following
- Frequently standing up and moving about the guest entrance, lobby areas, garage and or other parking/valet areas
- Running to retrieve cars from valet area
- Knowledge of locale
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with members and guests.
- Ability to drive cars with either manual and automatic transmissions
- Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
- Basic math skills are used frequently.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
