Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented executive assistant to provide support to the Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to exercise good judgment in various situations and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to work independently under pressure and handle a wide range of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
They invest long-term capital, primarily in direct private equity, venture and growth equity financings, concentrated public markets positions, real estate and other opportunistic transactions. What you’ll do
- Manage a complex calendar and keep the Co-Founder well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Arrange detailed, complex travel itineraries and agendas, and compile documents required for business trips
- Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting, and work with Compliance to obtain required approvals
- Exercise strong judgment when conflicts arise, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of projects under firm deadlines
- Organize and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings

- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
