We are working on a strong in-house counsel opportunity with a top multi-asset manager building out its CLO platform. The role can sit in NYC or Boston.

• Direct exposure to CLO structuring/execution

Looking for:

5 years at a top firm or financial institution with experience in CLOs, structured credit, securitization, or leveraged finance.
