Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in our New York City Metropolitan Area office. This is an on-site role where you will handle administrative tasks, manage the CEO's calendar, managing emails and communication with third parties, and prepare detailed expense reports. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, oversee schedules, and provide comprehensive executive-level support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Strong organizational skills in Diary Management and coordination of calendars
- Proficiency in preparing and managing complex Expense Reports
- Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with office software and tools, such as MS Office and scheduling platforms, and AI
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
