Our client is a well established glazing contractor delivering high quality façade and building envelope solutions on commercial projects. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to oversee site operations and support project delivery.
The Role
As a Glazing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with specifications. You will manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to drive progress and maintain quality across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site operations across glazing projects
- Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Enforce health and safety standards across all site activities
- Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Review drawings and shop drawings to support accurate execution
- Liaise with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Track progress and maintain site reporting and documentation
About You
- Minimum 5 years of glazing experience with strong knowledge of façade systems
- At least 2 years of experience in a Superintendent or senior supervisory role
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and site management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
