Overview
I’m currently working with a well-established glazing contractor in the Philadelhia who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support their growing workload.
The business specializes in low-rise interior and exterior glazing projects, delivering high-quality storefronts, entrances, and interior glass packages across commercial and residential sectors. With a strong base of repeat clients and a consistent pipeline, this is a stable, fast-paced environment suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from handover through to completion
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently (short-cycle, fast-paced work)
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams
- Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders
- Track budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Oversee procurement of materials and coordination with fabrication teams
- Support and coordinate field operations and installation teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within glass & glazing, façade, or interiors
- Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and/or interior glass systems
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office)
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
