Our client is a well established glazing contractor delivering high quality façade and building envelope solutions on commercial projects. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Foreman to support ongoing projects and lead site teams.
The Role
As a Glazing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading field crews on site, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to maintain schedules, coordinate labor, and drive quality across all phases of installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead glazing crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure productivity and workflow
- Ensure all installations meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance
- Review drawings and shop drawings with crews prior to installation
- Communicate with site management and other trades to resolve issues
- Monitor progress and support project delivery through to completion
About You
- Minimum 5 years of glazing experience with strong knowledge of façade systems
- Previous experience in a Foreman or lead role on commercial projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver work safely and on schedule
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
