A rapidly growing, mission-critical construction business specialising in hyperscale data centre developments across the US.
They operate as both a delivery partner and consultancy within the data centre space, supporting some of the most complex and high-value projects in the market. Their focus is on precision, safety, and delivering infrastructure that meets the highest standards of reliability.
Due to continued growth and a major campus build-out in Georgia, they are looking to bring in a Construction Manager to support delivery on a large-scale project.
About the Role
You will take ownership of on-site construction activities for a hyperscale data centre campus, supporting the delivery of a multi-phase development.
This role is heavily site-focused and will involve coordinating multiple contractors, driving programme, and ensuring all workstreams are aligned to mission-critical standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day construction activities across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical scopes
- Coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple workstreams
- Driving programme delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Monitoring progress, reporting on performance, and resolving delays or risks
- Reviewing contractor outputs including reports, RFIs, and change orders
- Supporting cost control and ensuring alignment with project budgets
- Working closely with QA/QC and commissioning teams to ensure system readiness
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Acting as the key on-site point of contact for all stakeholders
About the Candidate
- 5–10 years’ experience in construction/project management
- Strong background in large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and critical environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and complex site operations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with construction reporting tools and scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across site
- Ability to work on an active construction site (including outdoor conditions and uneven terrain)
- Comfortable with physical site demands and PPE requirements
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
