Legal Counsel, Transactions - Plano, TX

JURISolutions is seeking a junior-level attorney (4 years’ experience) for a hybrid opportunity with our IT and logistics services client based in Plano, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have transactional experience in logistics, including the negotiation and review of supply chain management and warehousing agreements. The candidate should also be comfortable providing legal advice to stakeholders at various levels with respect to compliance and risk mitigation.

This position is hybrid, with an expectation of 3 days on-site, for a duration of 6 months with the possibility to extend.
