JURISolutions is seeking a Consumer Banking Attorney for an exciting opportunity with our financial services client, located in Jersey City, NJ.
This candidate would join the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Legal group and support Strategic Transactions in the negotiation, drafting, and contracting of strategic CCB partnerships and arrangements. They will provide legal counsel on a variety of strategic deals across the bank’s consumer businesses and provide advice to business partners.
This candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ transactional experience with strong drafting skills. Financial services, digital transactions, and/or partnership agreement experience preferred. Must be actively barred in the jurisdiction where you will be working from.
The duration is anticipated to be 6 months, full time 40 hrs/wk. Hybrid schedule preferred.
