JURISolutions is seeking a transactional attorney for our multinational corporate client’s Real Estate and Construction Team.
Ideal candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating architect and engineer service agreements, long- and short-term leases, design-build contracts, and facilities maintenance agreements.
This position will be a long-term relationship with the client and hours will fluctuate on an as-needed basis. Candidates can reside anywhere in the United States but should be comfortable working West Coast hours.
