JURISolutions is partnering with our law firm client in San Diego to hire an experienced Counsel Attorney with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Employment Law. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Role is hybrid with a minimum 2 days per week in-office.

Fundamental Responsibilities Are
- Case management, analysis, strategy, and oversight
- Proactive communication with NFC team
- Proactive communication with NFC clients
- Preparing pleadings and motions
- Preparing and responding to written discovery (including E-discovery)
- Preparing and responding to motions
- Attendance at depositions, hearings, motions, mediations
- Trial and arbitration preparation and attendance
