Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years' experience in HR, employee experience, or user experience roles.
Proficiency with HRIS, onboarding, and employee engagement platforms.
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Empathy and passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Ability to see the employee journey holistically and identify pain points.
Proactive in seeking feedback and driving improvements.
