Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee product quality, laboratory operations, and compliance across cement manufacturing processes. This role ensures all products meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all products meet quality, regulatory, and customer specifications prior to shipment
- Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Oversee testing, analysis, and reporting across all production stages
- Manage laboratory operations, including staff supervision and training
- Maintain calibration and reliability of testing equipment
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve processes and product quality
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Promote workplace safety and adherence to environmental standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and laboratory operations
- Experience analyzing data and implementing process improvements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
