Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Branch Recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified talent across commercial and industrial clients in Holland, MI. You will run full-cycle recruiting, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and partner closely with hiring managers to meet client workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement positions.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social networking, and local community outreach.
- Screen, interview, assess, and reference-check job applicants to match client job specifications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, onboard new associates, and ensure pre-employment compliance.
- Maintain regular contact with placed associates and client managers to ensure placement satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven staffing environment.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
