Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch recruitment operations, accelerate sales growth, and oversee client fulfillment in Holland, MI. You will lead a high-performing recruitment team, manage local branch P&L, and cultivate partnerships with top employers across Western Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch recruitment and operational teams to achieve key performance indicators.
- Drive business development and client retention across light industrial, manufacturing, and commercial accounts.
- Manage branch P&L, operational budgets, revenue forecasting, and candidate placement metrics.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery, compliance with client SLAs, and high satisfaction for candidates and clients.
- Oversee adherence to state employment laws, internal policies, and workplace safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of leadership or senior account management experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Proven ability to drive business growth, expand account relationships, and lead branch operations.
- Strong working knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, recruitment metrics, and workforce scheduling.
- Exceptional leadership, consultative sales, and dispute resolution abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
