Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach branch recruiters, account managers, and coordinators to achieve headcount and revenue goals.
- Expand commercial staffing accounts across industrial, aerospace, logistics, and office sectors.
- Take full ownership of branch P&L performance, operating budgets, and candidate fulfillment metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
