Role Overview:
We are seeking an Advanced GenAI Engineer to architect, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI models, agentic frameworks, and enterprise LLM solutions in Laveen, AZ. You will design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, evaluate foundation models, and productionize intelligent autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and optimize generative AI pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Develop AI agents, multi-agent orchestrations, and prompt engineering frameworks for complex industrial applications.
- Benchmark model performance, latency, context utilization, hallucination rates, and inference costs.
- Integrate LLMs securely with enterprise knowledge bases, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant), and APIs.
- Implement AI safety, guardrails, data governance, and compliance protocols across production endpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical field.
- 4 years of machine learning experience with 2 years dedicated to Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector search systems.
- Proven experience with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) and RLHF/DPO methodologies.
- Excellent technical communication, system architecture design, and problem-solving abilities.
