- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Organize team-building events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive inclusive workplace
- Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into company culture
- Work closely with department heads to create role-specific onboarding plans
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in recruiting, employee relations, human resources, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in relevant recruiting software’s and tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in recruiting channels
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting tools
