About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to support Patient Support Operations and Vendor Management initiatives within a patient-focused healthcare environment. This role will lead vendor strategy, governance, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic oversight and day-to-day management of patient support vendors and external service providers.
- Develop and maintain vendor governance frameworks, performance scorecards, business reviews, and escalation processes.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and vendor performance outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and corrective action plans to address performance gaps and risks.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Patient Services, Market Access, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Lead vendor-related projects, program launches, process enhancements, and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in Vendor Management, Patient Services, Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Reimbursement Support, or related healthcare/pharmaceutical operations.
- Experience managing third-party vendors within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of patient support programs, including hub services, reimbursement support, access services, and patient engagement models.
- Demonstrated experience developing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance scorecards.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational excellence.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $80–$85/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Salary : $80 - $85
