Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our high-volume service team at Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru.

This role is ideal for technicians with strong diagnostic abilities who want consistent work, competitive flat-rate pay, and long-term career growth in a professional dealership environment.

Compensation (California Pay Transparency)

$5,300 - $10,000 per month

Pay is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other job-related factors in accordance with California law.

Additional bonus opportunities may be available.

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately

• Complete repair orders efficiently and correctly

• Communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors

• Work closely with the Parts Department to minimize repair delays

• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks

• Ensure all repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards

What We're Looking For

• 2 years automotive technician experience preferred

• ASE certifications preferred

• Subaru or manufacturer certifications a plus

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
