What's the Job?
- Oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budget standards.
- Coordinate all project activities including estimating, proposal generation, purchasing, safety planning, and shop fabrication.
- Maintain effective communication and documentation procedures among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Monitor project progress through site visits, manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure project profitability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience (Preferred - Not Required)
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction or industrial environment preferred.
- Proficiency with software such as Timberline estimating, SalesForce, ProCore, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent math skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
