Job Title: Electromechanical Systems Tech II

What's the Job?
- Analyze equipment condition, troubleshoot failures, and perform repairs following standard procedures
- Resolve machine issues and implement reliability improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain equipment standards in accordance with hardware and software installation manuals
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize machine utilization and minimize scrap
- Support new system installations, participate in R&D projects, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical maintenance
- 4 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and motor circuits
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Flexibility to work all shifts in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
