Responsibilities
- Review drawings and specifications
- Estimate project costs and manpower
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
- Oversee on-site quality and safety
- Participate in daily/weekly progress meetings
- Manage project close-out tasks
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Degree in engineering or construction-related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in industrial or construction projects
- Basic knowledge of construction contract terms
- Ability to estimate labor, materials, and equipment
- Strong scheduling and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Japanese bilingual skills (Not required)
Salary ＆ Benefits
- USD95,000-105,000
- Comprehensive benefits available

- On-site work may exceed 50% of working hours
- PPE required while on job sites
- Extended hours or weekend work may occur depending on schedule
