Position Summary
In this position, you will support multiple product licensing programs within a globally operating entertainment-related business. The role is responsible for assisting licensing sales leadership by managing accounts, coordinating approvals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of licensing operations through close collaboration with overseas teams and licensees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate licensing activities with overseas offices, licensees, and internal stakeholders
- Support deal execution and ongoing account management
- Act as a primary contact for licensees and manage daily communications
- Oversee approval workflows, artwork schedules, style guides, and sample management
- Monitor accounts receivable and support royalty reporting and collections
- Maintain accurate licensing documentation, including contracts and approval records
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in licensing, merchandising, sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong time and project management skills
- Ability to review numerical data such as sales statements and royalty reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus
